FUEL OIL
Fuel Oil is used for stationary boiler plants and process units. It is produced from atmospheric and vacuum residue with the addition of HGO fractions.
MOTOR GASOLINE
Our unleaded gasolines AI-92-K5-Euro, AI-95-K5-Euro, and AI-98-K5-Euro are produced in compliance with STB 1656-2011, and conform to the requirements of:
- Customs Union Technical Regulations CU TR 013/2011 “On requirements to automobile and aviation gasoline, diesel and marine fuels, jet fuel and residual fuel oil” as to K5 emission class;
- European Standard EN 228:2008 “Motor Fuels. Unleaded Gasoline. Technical requirements and test methods”.
DIESEL FUEL
Our diesel fuel complies with the requirements of STB 1658-2015, as well as of:
Customs Union Technical Regulations CU TR 013/2011 “On requirements to automobile and aviation gasoline, diesel and marine fuels, jet fuel and residual fuel oil” as to K5 emission class;
European Standard EN 590 “Motor Fuels. Diesel fuel. Technical requirements and test methods”.
It is suitable for diesel engines with ignition due to fuel-air moxture compression.
We produce the following grades of summer and winter diesel fuel for use in temperate climate conditions:
DT-L-K5, Grade C – Cold Filter Plugging Point (CFPP), minus 5°C max
DT-Z-K5, Grade F – Cold Filter Plugging Point (CFPP), minus 20°C max.
and Diesel fuel for use in arctic and cold winter conditions:
DT-Z-K5, Class 2 – Cold Filter Plugging Point (CFPP), minus 32°C max; Cloud Point, -22°C max
DT-A-K5, Class 4 – Cold Filter Plugging Point (CFPP), minus 44°C max; Cloud point, -34°C max.
HOME HEATING OIL
Home heating oil is used for public utility needs. It is produced from distillate cuts by straight distillation of crude oil and from secondary processing.
OIL BITUMEN
ROAD BITUMEN
Road Bitumen is used in the construction and repair of road surface, airfield, and other asphalt concrete pavements.
ROOFING PETROLEUM BITUMEN
Roofing Petroleum Bitumen is used in the manufacture of roofing materials. It is produced at Bitumen Production Unit by continuous oxidation of atmospheric residue vacuum distillation bottoms with oxygen.
CONSTRUCTION PETROLEUM BITUMEN
Construction Petroleum Bitumen is used in construction works. It is produced at the Bitumen Production Unit by continuous oxidation of atmospheric residue vacuum distillation bottoms with oxygen.
OTHER PRODUCTS
FEEDSTOCK FOR PRODUCTION OF PETROLEUM BITUMEN
Feedstock for bitumen production in manufactured by oxidation or blending.
STRAIGHT-RUN GASOLINE
Straight-run gasoline is used as a feedstock for further processing.
GASOLINE - FEEDSTOCK FOR PYROLYSIS
Gasoline - pyrolysis feedstock is used as a feedstock for pyrolysis process.
TECHNICAL SULPHUR
Technical sulphur serves as a feedstock for the production of sulfuric acid, carbon disulfide, dyes, rubber goods, in paper-and-pulp, textile, and other products. It is produced in liquid and solid (block) form at our Sulfur Recovery Unit.
HYDRO TREATED VACUUM GAS OIL
Heavy residue from Mild Hydrocracking or VGO Hydroconversion Units with total sulphur content of 0.2% max is used as a feedstock for Catalytic Cracking Unit (MSCC).
STRAIGHT-RUN VACUUM GAS OIL
A broad hydrocarbon fraction produced during atmospheric residue vacuum distillation. It is used for basic oils and solid paraffins production, as well as a feedstock for hydrocracking units.
LIGHT CATALYTIC GAS OIL (LCGO)
Light catalytic gas oil is used as a component of boiler and heating oils, as well as a feedstock for further processing in petrochemical industry.
KEROSENE ECOLOGICALLY IMPROVED
Kerosene is produced from the hydrotreated fraction (boiling range 180°-230°C) coming from LK-6U Facility*.
PETROLEUM BENZENE
Petroleum Benzene is used as a feedstock in the manufacture of synthetic fibers and rubbers, plastics, dyes, and other organic synthesis products.
LIQUIFIED GASES
LIQUIFIED PETROLEUM
We produce following types of liquefied gases in compliance with STB 2262-2012 "Liquefied petroleum gases. Specification":
PBA – propane-butane automotive used as motor fuel
Liquefied Hydrocarbon Gas meeting the requirements of European Standard PN-EN 589+A1:2012 "Automotive fuels- LPG – Requirements and test methods"
